We use information to provide requested features, authenticate authorized accounts, prepare or publish user-directed content, maintain service functionality, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal or platform requirements.

3. TikTok and Other Third-Party Platforms

If you connect a third-party account, your use of that platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and privacy practices. Ryze Media Automation only requests permissions reasonably related to the features being used.

4. Access Tokens and Credentials

Ryze Media Automation does not require users to provide their social-media passwords directly. Where supported, authorization is handled by the third-party platform. Access tokens or similar credentials may be processed or stored as necessary to maintain an authorized connection and should be protected using reasonable security measures.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers or connected platforms when necessary to perform a user-requested function, operate the service, protect the service or its users, or comply with law.

6. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to legal, security, backup, and platform requirements. Authorized account connections may be revoked through the applicable platform where supported.

7. Data Deletion and Requests

Users may request deletion of information associated with Ryze Media Automation by contacting ryzemediaautomation@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service. No Internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children

Ryze Media Automation is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this service.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
